I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in Seattle, Washington. While in school, I interned at the Seattle Therapy Alliance, where I worked with individual clients on a weekly basis.  In addition, over the past five years I have undergone specialized training in a brain systems approach to neuroplasticity in psychotherapy called Complex Integration of Multiple Brain Systems (CIMBS).

I am also excited to be a member of Ally Counseling Cooperative, an emerging space of therapeutic collaboration, and COR Northwest Family Development Center.

Prior to my graduate work in psychology, I graduated with a BA from Pepperdine University in Advertising and Intercultural Studies in 2005.  I worked in marketing within entertainment and hospitality industries before entering graduate school in 2010.
